house consists of one large room with a king sized bed, a full kitchen
and small bath with shower.

sun up to sun down,
with spectacular views
of the hills, gardens and the Pacific Ocean.
The sunsets are glorious.
Only an 8 minute drive down the
canyon to the most pristine beaches in southern California.
A few more
miles to beautiful Malibu city with all that it offers in the best of
shopping, dining and recreation.

Rates: Jan.1 - March 31:
$175/night or $1000/week - 2 night minimum - 2 week max
April 1 - Dec. 31: $215/night or $1275/week - 2
night minimum - 4 week max
Cleaning Fee: $50 - $80,
depending on length of stay.
For
larger families, rent both houses together and share the pool and spa!!
