house consists of one large room with a king sized bed, a full kitchen
and small bath with shower.

furnished in light woods. Windows all
around create a sunlit room from sun up to sun down.

canyon to the most pristine beaches in southern California.

miles to beautiful Malibu city with all that it offers in the best of
shopping, dining and recreation.
You might even see your favorite
movie star grabbing a latte at the local coffee houses.
Rates: Jan.1 - March 31:
$225/night or $1365/week - 2 night minimum - 2 week max
April 1 - Dec. 31: $260/night or $1495/week - 2
night minimum - 4 week max
Cleaning Fee: $50 - $100,
depending on length of stay.
For
larger families, rent both houses together and share the pool and spa!!
